Privacy Policy — PrimeStudio 3M games for children

Last updated: 11 October 2026 · Developer: PrimeStudio 3M · Contact: playprimeaxe@gmail.com

In short: our kids games never ask a child for a name, e-mail, photo, contacts or location. There are no accounts, no chat and no sharing. Progress stays on the device. On Android, some games show child-directed, non-personalized ads; on iPhone and iPad our kids games show no ads. Purchases and outside links are behind a parental gate. Below we explain exactly which services receive technical data and why.

1. Which apps this policy covers

This policy applies to every PrimeStudio 3M game made for children that links to this page. Not every game has every feature below. Depending on the game, it may contain:

The store page of each game (Data safety on Google Play, App Privacy on the App Store) shows exactly which of these that game uses. Versions published in other Android stores (for example Galaxy Store or Amazon Appstore) have all content unlocked and no in-app purchases; they may show the same child-directed ads as described in section 4.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for or collect names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts, precise location or any other information that identifies a child. Our kids games have no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, no social features and no way to share content with other people. We do not use the Android advertising ID (the games remove the AD_ID permission) and we do not use Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA) or ask for tracking permission. We do not sell personal information. We do not run servers that receive data from these games.

3. What stays on the device

Game progress, stickers, settings, purchases already made, and anything a child creates in a game (for example, their own levels or drawings) are saved only on the device. They are deleted when the app is removed or when a grown-up resets progress in the parents’ area.

4. Advertising (Android only)

In games with ads, the free Android version shows full-screen ads only at natural pauses — after a finished level, round or visit — never during play. There are no banner ads and no rewarded videos. Every ad request is marked as directed at children: “tag for child-directed treatment” (COPPA), under-age-of-consent treatment (GDPR), maximum ad content rating G, and non-personalized ads only. When a game uses other ad networks through Google AdMob mediation (Unity Ads, Chartboost), the same child and non-consent settings are passed to them. Where a game offers an optional purchase, its store page says whether the purchase also removes ads.

To deliver and count an ad and to prevent fraud, the ad networks may process technical information such as the IP address (which can indicate an approximate location such as the country), device type and operating system, app version, interactions with the ad, diagnostics, and an app-scoped identifier used for frequency capping and fraud prevention. They may not use it to build a profile of the child or to show personalized ads. Their policies:

5. Purchases

Optional purchases are one-time (no subscriptions) and are paid through Google Play or the App Store. We never see payment details. The purchase screen and “restore purchases” are only in the parents’ area behind a parental gate.

Our games use Unity Technologies’ purchasing library to talk to the store. In its current versions, when a grown-up starts, completes or restores a purchase, this library sends Unity a record of that purchase (product, price, currency, order or receipt ID) together with technical device information (for example device model, operating system version, language, memory size and install time; on iPhone and iPad also the identifier for vendor, IDFV). Unity uses it to process purchases and for purchase analytics; it is not used for advertising in our games. Games built with an older version of this library do not send this record. See Unity’s privacy policy.

6. Crash and engine diagnostics

Our games are made with the Unity engine. In some of them, Unity’s engine diagnostics are switched on: if the game crashes or has a technical problem, Unity may receive a technical report (device model, operating system, app and engine version, crash details). These reports do not contain names or contact details. We do not use any other analytics or tracking tools in our kids games.

7. Microphone (only in games with voice recording)

Some games let a grown-up record their own voice, for example to read a story aloud. The microphone is used only when a grown-up chooses to record. Recordings are saved only on the device, are never uploaded or sent to us or anyone else, and are deleted from the app’s settings or when the app is removed.

8. Outside links and parental gate

Links to this policy, to our other games in the same app store and to support e-mail are only in the parents’ area, behind a parental gate that a young child cannot pass. A game installed from one store never sends you to a different store.

9. Data retention

We keep no data on servers. E-mails you send us are kept only while we answer them and are deleted 12 months after the question is resolved. Data processed by Google, Unity and Chartboost under sections 4–6 is kept according to their own policies linked above; we do not receive it in a form that identifies a child.

10. Children, parents and your rights

These games are directed at children. We follow the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR rules for children, the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, the Google Play Families Policy and Apple’s App Store rules for the Kids Category. A parent or guardian can contact us at playprimeaxe@gmail.com with any question or request, including a request to review or delete information; we will answer and help pass the request to Google, Unity or Chartboost where they hold the data. You can also stop all data processing by deleting the app.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. If a change is significant, we will update the games’ store pages as well.
